Connect exchange

Register the UID and a read-only API key for an account you opened at a partner exchange with the TERMINAL code. Keys are locked with AES-256-GCM on the server before they're stored, and the decryption secret lives only on the worker server, not in the database.

How to create a read-only key

  1. Exchange → API management → new key. Turn on Read permission only. Keep withdrawal, trading and transfer off.
  2. If IP restriction is available, allow only the TERMINAL worker IP (see notices).
  3. OKX · Bitget · Deepcoin also need a passphrase.
  4. Within a few minutes of registering, the worker checks the UID with your key. It's rejected if the UID differs or the permissions are too broad.

★ Exchanges that don't return the UID through the API (Binance · Deepcoin) are confirmed once the UID appears in the affiliate roster. Until then the account stays “Checking”.

Beta. Until the exchange partnerships are approved and the settlement contract is deployed, the amounts on screen are not actually paid out. We post progress in the notices.

TERMINAL receives part of your trading fees from partner exchanges as commission, and returns the displayed share of it to you. Because of that relationship TERMINAL does not recommend any particular exchange; choosing one, and the results of your trading, are your own judgment and responsibility.

The estimated payback on screen is calculated from your fill fees and is not a confirmed amount. The confirmed amount is recalculated from the commission the exchange confirms the next day and written to the ledger, and only confirmed amounts enter on-chain settlement.

★ Most of the exchanges listed here are overseas exchanges not registered in Korea. Tax treatment of payback amounts is your own responsibility, and this service is not investment advice. See the Terms of Service and the FAQ for details.
